Renewal Steps

1. Log In to your account.  You must log in using the email address in your Paper Mill Playhouse records.  We have printed this email address on your renewal materials for your convenience.*

2. After logging in to view your online customer record, go to the Renew Now tab and click Renew Now to display your subscription renewal information.

3. Follow the easy on screen instructions to renew your subscription and join us for a great season of unforgettable theater!

* If no email was displayed in your renewal materials but you wish to renew online, please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  Include your name, customer account #, and the email address you wish us to add to your account.  You will shortly thereafter receive an email from Paper Mill Playhouse confirming that we have updated your account, along with instructions on how to login and renew.
