Paper Mill Playhouse's theatre, F.M. Kirby Carriage House, and Renee Goosander Art Gallery are available to rent for your upcoming Special Event! Paper Mill Playhouse is a favorite spot for dinner, wedding and pre-show receptions, monthly business meetings, corporate events, fundraisers, and even your child's birthday party!

Paper Mill Scenic

The scenery and properties seen on the Paper Mill Playhouse stage are constructed at Paper Mill Scenic, a 49,000 square foot scene shop and storage facility owned and operated by Paper Mill Playhouse. It is located in Edison, NJ, in the Raritan Center Industrial Park.

Paper Mill Scenic is also a full-service scenery and prop fabrication company for the Entertainment industry, with credits ranging from Broadway to Industrial Installations and Themed Entertainment.

The costumes, scenery, and properties stored at Paper Mill Scenic are available for rent to other organizations in the arts and entertainment industry. The proceeds from these rentals help offset the cost of storing Paper Mill's sizeable inventory. Please note that rental and handlings fees, security deposit and proof of insurance are required for all rentals.

The technicians, craftspersons and scenic artists of Paper Mill Scenic are members of IATSE Local 534 and United Scenic Artists Local 829.

Traveling North or South on Turnpike
Take exit 10. Stay to the right after the tolls onto 514 West. Turn right onto the first off-Ramp (the sign says Raritan Center), looping back under 514. Proceed straight through the first traffic light. You are now on Raritan Center Parkway. We are #220. At the next traffic light, turn left onto Parkway Place and immediately enter the first parking lot on your right.

Traveling South on The Garden State Parkway
Take Exit 129. Stay to the right avoiding the Turnpike entrance. Then continue straight past a series of exits to the Industrial Ave exit. Follow Industrial Ave to the 2nd traffic light. Bare right at the light onto Parkway Place. As you see that you are approaching a T intersection with a traffic light (Raritan Center Parkway), we are the last building on your left. Turn left into the last parking lot before the intersection.

Traveling North on The Garden State Parkway
Take the exit for 287 at the bottom of the bridge, staying in right lane. Take the second exit, Industrial Ave. Follow Industrial Ave to the 2nd traffic light. Bear right at the light onto Parkway Place. As you see that you are approaching a T intersection with a traffic light (Raritan Center Parkway), we are the last building on your left. Turn left into the last parking lot before the intersection.

Traveling South on 287
Just past the NJ Turnpike, take the exit for Route 514 West. Turn right onto the first off-Ramp (the sign says Raritan Center), looping back under 514. Proceed straight through the first traffic light. You are now on Raritan Center Parkway. We are #220. At the next traffic light, turn left onto Parkway Place and immediately enter the first parking lot on your right.

Traveling North on 287
Take exit for the Turnpike. Follow Turnpike signs until road forks, bear left onto 514 West. Turn right onto the first off-Ramp (the sign says Raritan Center), looping back under 514. Proceed straight through the first traffic light. You are now on Raritan Center Parkway. We are #220. At the next traffic light, turn left onto Parkway Place and immediately enter the first parking lot on your right.

Traveling North on Route 1
Look for Metuchen/Bonhamtown exit. Take the Bonhamtown exit. Proceed to the first traffic light. At this intersection make a LEFT onto Route 514. Proceed on 514 for about 1 mile (staying to the right) and look for small sign that says Raritan Center. Take the exit for Raritan Center. At the end of the ramp, turn left at the traffic light. At the next traffic light (very quick), turn right onto Raritan Center Parkway. We are #220. At the next traffic light, turn left onto Parkway Place and immediately enter the first parking lot on your right.
